Trusted Brands

Products I love and highly recommend. I will only include brands here that I trust and use myself.

Exercise + Movement

A variety of ways to move your body daily. All low-impact and ideal for women’s bodies.

  • Daily Stretch by Spinning Babies – LOVE this low-impact flow, even when not pregnant
  • Sean Fagan on YouTube (FREE!) – his shadowboxing videos are super fun and I also love his heavy bag workouts
  • Eva Fitness on YouTube (FREE!) – fun and low-impact, but be careful of music with profanities (FYI for kids)
  • Full-Body Kettlebells for Beginners by Onnit – two circuits is 30-40 mins; dance in between sets for more cardio

Books for Healing

Supporting your optimal health is about more than eating well. Most of the books on this list are for healing mentally and emotionally.
